Delhi Cop Hitting A Woman With A Brick , As She Refused To Bribe Him

The woman was stopped for some traffic violation and the cop allegedly asked for a bribe. On being refused, she claims he started smashing her scooty up and then proceeded to whack her in the back with a brick.

The traffic constable in question has been suspended from the force pending an inquiry.
