In the 2005 Dreamwork's animated film, Madagascar, there is a scene where a group of Zoo animals - a lion, a zebra, a hippo and a giraffe - are seen running through the New York city after escaping from the zoo. Though this has happened time and again in the series, it still evokes a hearty laugh every time.
In what seems to be a reel life being transcribed onto real life, a pack of wild animals - including a lion and a hippopotamus- are roaming the streets of Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia, after a flood ravaged the city and destroyed their enclosures in the zoo.
After what seems to be the worst floods in the history of Gerogia's capital, more than half of the inmates at cities zoo, which had 600 inmates, are missing.
Social media is flooding with images of the animals roaming around the city even as authorities have asked all citizens to stay indoors.
